IRCTC Q3 results: Indian Railway Catering And Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) reported its earnings for the third quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q3FY26) on Thursday, February 12.












The company posted a 15.61% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹394.33 crore during the quarter under review, compared to ₹341.09 crore in the December quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q3FY25).

Its revenue from operations surged 18.36% YoY to ₹1,449.47 crore for Q3 FY26, as against ₹1,224.66 crore in the year-ago period, the PSU said in a regulatory filing.

At an operational level, its EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), also known as operating profit, stood at ₹465 crore for the reporting quarter, reflecting an 11.73% YoY jump from ₹417 crore in Q3 FY25.









However, its EBITDA margin contracted to 32.11% in the December FY26 quarter, in comparison to 34.02% in the same period last year.

Segment-wise highlights

The New Delhi-headquartered company's revenue from the catering segment soared 19.22% YoY to ₹661.43 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, from ₹554.81 crore in the third quarter of FY25.

It recorded a revenue of ₹102.75 crore for the reporting quarter from the rail neer vertical, up 6.63% YoY from ₹96.36 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Its revenue from the internet ticketing business stood at ₹400.63 crore, marking a 13.26% YoY increase from ₹353.72 crore.









The tourism segment advanced 29.29% YoY to ₹289.27 crore in Q3 FY26, in comparison to ₹223.73 crore in the year-ago period.

Board declares dividend

IRCTC's board of directors also declared its second interim dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share, with a face value of ₹2 each, at 175% for FY26.

It also fixed Friday, February 20, 2026, as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the interim dividend.

Ahead of the earnings announcement, shares of the PSU closed 1.01% lower at ₹622 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday.

IRCTC has a total market capitalisation of ₹49,760 crore, as of February 12, 2026, according to data on the NSE.
