Salman Khan's Personal Life and Diet

Salman Khan is frequently in the spotlight, not just for his films but also for his personal life. He is open about discussing his lifestyle choices, particularly his fitness and diet. While many Muslim celebrities consume beef and pork, the question arises: does Salman Khan eat beef?

Does Salman Khan Eat Beef?

In a 2018 interview, Salman Khan revealed that he avoids both beef and pork, attributing this choice to his mother, Salma. He stated, “I eat everything except beef and pork. Cows are like mothers to us. I consider them my mother because my mother is Hindu. My father is Muslim, and my stepmother Helen is Christian. We represent all of India.” This statement quickly went viral.

Salman Khan's Daily Diet

Salman Khan starts his day early and ensures he gets enough sleep. After waking up, he engages in weight training, cardio, cycling, and swimming. His diet prioritizes protein and healthy fats, including egg whites, protein shakes, low-fat milk, chicken, fish, and lentils.

He also enjoys salads and soups. Additionally, he maintains a balanced diet and avoids overeating, sometimes even limiting himself to just a spoonful of rice. He steers clear of sweets and processed foods.

Salman Khan's Current Projects

Currently, Salman Khan is hosting the reality show Bigg Boss 19, where he is often seen reprimanding contestants during the weekend episodes. He is also busy shooting for his upcoming film 'Battle of Galwan,' with his look from the film already revealed. The shooting is taking place in Ladakh, which is why he missed participating in last weekend's episode.
