Trigeminal neuralgia is characterized by sudden, sharp pain that can feel like electric shocks. The agony was so overwhelming for Salman that he found it nearly unbearable.

Due to this condition, Salman was advised against shouting or getting angry, as it could risk a rupture in his brain's blood vessels. After learning about his illness, he traveled to the United States for surgery. This condition is sometimes referred to as the 'suicide disease' due to the extreme pain it inflicts.

The pain can be so severe that individuals may consider suicide as a way to escape it. Salman underwent nerve surgery in the U.S., and fortunately, he has since recovered.

Salman Khan possesses a substantial fortune estimated at 2900 crores. Reports suggest that he plans to divide his wealth into four equal parts among his siblings: brothers Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan, and sisters Arpita and Alvira. His estate will be shared equally among his siblings.
