Emma Sleep is one brand leaning into that seasonal moment, with up to 25% off everything on its website. And it's not just mattresses included in the offer, bedding is part of the mix too. If you're not familiar with Emma Sleep, it's a German brand and an early pioneer of the "bed-in-a-box" movement. The idea is simple: skip the showroom entirely, order your mattress online, and have it delivered compressed in a box, ready to be set up within minutes. According to the brand, the goal has always been to make high-quality mattresses accessible, easy to buy, and affordable. And thanks to the current sale, that feels especially true.

At the more budget-friendly end of the sale is the Emma Original Lite, with prices starting at just £199.20. It's designed as a simplified version of the brand's best-selling hybrid mattresses, aiming to deliver that same balanced support without the higher price tag. It comes in seven sizes, from single to super king, and all are currently discounted.

As you'd expect, the single is the cheapest: down from £249 to £199.20. The small double is now £263.20 (from £329.00), while the standard double has dropped from £359 to £287.20. A king-size will set you back £319.20 instead of £399.00, and the super king is down to £375.20 from £469.

Even though it sits at the lower end of the range, the Emma Original Lite still includes many of the brand's signature comfort features. It combines memory foam with pocket springs, creating a hybrid design that aims to balance cushioning with support. With a medium-firm feel and a depth of around 22cm, it lands in that middle-ground territory that should suit most sleepers.

Customer feedback reflects that balance. In a review, one buyer said: "Comfortable hybrid mattress. Holds my weight better than a normal spring bed. Good price too." Another added: "Very comfortable and I am sleeping better."

That said, it's worth keeping expectations realistic. As a more budget option, it doesn't include the same level of support or advanced features as Emma's premium models. As one review said: "Too soft for us and the edge support and corners were rubbish, we purchased an Emma hybrid original recently, and this is not comparable at all."

For those looking to step things up, the Emma Original Elite Mattress is also included in the sale. This is where you start to see all the extra features come into play. Like the rest of the hybrid range, it combines foam and springs, but it's built from seven distinct layers and has a thickness of 27cm, making it noticeably more substantial than the Original Lite.

The brand says it also includes AirGrid technology, which in simple terms means temperature-regulating materials designed to help keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter by promoting better airflow. In terms of feel, it leans slightly softer than some other hybrid models. There's a more cushioned, sink-in feel, but it still maintains support thanks to the spring bas making it a good option for a range of sleeping styles.

Reviews suggest it delivers on that promise. "Great mattress," said one buyer. "Took a little bit of time to get used to, but now sleeping well and enjoying." Another wrote: "My new Emma mattress has made a big difference to my sleep quality and comfort."

Of course, even with the discount, it's still a more expensive option than the Original Lite - but the savings do make a difference. A UK single is now £494.25, down from £659.00, while a double is reduced from £1,009 to £824.25. The king size comes in at £899.25 instead of £1,199, and the super king is down to £1,094.25 from £1,459.
