The city, once known primarily for education and its "Clean City" rankings, is now carving out a distinct identity in 2026, driven by its burgeoning IT parks and rapidly expanding corporate presence.



A drive along the Super Corridor reveals this transformation clearly: modern office buildings, planned commercial zones, and large-scale development projects are taking shape. With real estate developers like Micro Mitti actively contributing to this planned development, the upcoming IT parks in Indore are creating fresh opportunities for both businesses and investors.



**Indore (A Major IT Hub)**

**Crystal IT Park:** Located in Indore, Crystal IT Park is the city's most renowned IT park.

**Atulya IT Park:** This park is situated near the Bhanwarkuan area of ​​Indore.

**Sinhasa IT Park:** This facility has been developed specifically for MSMEs and small IT startups.

**TCS & Infosys SEZ:** Both companies maintain large campuses situated along the Super Corridor.
