Gosar's Disturbing Appearance at Rally

Congressman Paul Gosar from Arizona has raised new health alarms following his recent speech at the 'Build the Red Wall' rally hosted by Turning Point USA in Phoenix. Observers on social media noted that Gosar seemed "visibly unwell," citing signs such as slurred speech, an unsteady stance, and trouble completing his sentences.

One social media user expressed concern, stating, "It seems that PAUL GOSAR is shockingly unwell. Does he not have family or friends who can help him?" Another user suggested, "Can someone please offer him a non-alcoholic drink and call a cab?" This incident has led to rampant speculation online, with some users suggesting—without any proof—that Gosar might be dealing with neurological disorders like Parkinson’s or Huntington’s disease, although these claims remain unverified.

Concerns regarding Gosar's health are not unprecedented. Earlier in 2023, he attracted attention during a House Committee on Oversight and Accountability hearing focused on border security, where his unusual movements were noted. Observers remarked on his swaying head and erratic seat movements, which further fueled worries about his health.

Previous Health Issues

Over the years, Gosar has consistently refuted health rumors. In 2023, during a similar hearing, his peculiar behavior once again raised eyebrows. He had previously addressed health concerns in 2015, asserting, "I’m as healthy as a horse. Not going anywhere that easily." At that time, he had been experiencing spasms in his left hand, which he tried to hide by keeping his hands in his pockets or behind his back. Gosar attributed these issues to arthritis and two compressed vertebrae in his neck and lower back, which resulted in nerve-related symptoms.

He also discussed complications following his hip replacement surgery and suggested that the physical demands of his former career as a dentist, where he had to lean over patients for extended periods, may have contributed to his spinal issues. While he acknowledged that he might require back surgery, he maintained that he was fit to continue serving in his political role. Despite his reassurances, his public appearances continue to raise questions about his health, and it remains uncertain whether his past medical issues are linked to the recent concerns following his appearance at the TPUSA event.
