The trend of electric vehicles is increasing rapidly in India, and now the government is also actively encouraging people to switch from petrol and diesel vehicles to electric cars. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also recently appealed to the people to adopt EV. When buying an EV, the first thing most people check is its driving range. This is the reason why car manufacturing companies are now launching electric vehicles with higher range.

Currently, there are many electric SUVs available in the Indian market which can cover a distance of 500 to 680 kilometers once fully charged. With this change, the problem of “range anxiety” – i.e. the fear of running out of battery on the road – has been eliminated to a great extent. Earlier, EVs were considered primarily for urban commuting; But now, due to advancement in technology and large battery capacity, people can travel long distances comfortably.

The company has specially designed this vehicle for those customers who want a combination of luxury and cutting-edge technology along with high driving range.

Tata Harrier EV

It gives customers the option of both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) configurations. Equipped with a large battery pack, this vehicle is capable of covering a distance of approximately 627 kilometers on a single charge. Its performance is also considered quite strong, and it can accelerate to high speed in just a few seconds.
