Vivo T5 LaunchedSmartphone manufacturer Vivo has expanded its mid-range portfolio by launching a new handset Vivo T5 in the global market. This new 4G smartphone has joined the company’s existing T5 series, where Vivo T5 Pro 5G and Vivo T5x 5G already exist. The biggest feature of this phone is its very powerful 7,200mAh battery, which is not usually seen in this budget. Currently, the company has launched it in the market with single RAM and storage configuration.

Price and availability in India

Under the global launch, this smartphone has been first made available for sale in Mexico. The price of the only variant of Vivo T5 has been fixed at MXN 5,799 (approximately Rs 32,000). At this price, users get 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

Experts from big mobile markets like local retailers say that this phone can be introduced in India with a slightly different name or specifications, because the demand for 5G connectivity is highest at this price point in the Indian market. Currently, this phone is available for purchase in black and golden color options on Vivo Mexico’s online store.

Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 6 series chipset has been provided for performance in this smartphone. To make multitasking smooth, it has 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. This phone is far ahead in terms of power backup. It has a large battery of 7,200mAh, which can easily last for two days even after heavy use. To charge this big battery faster, Vivo has also supported 44W wired fast charging in it.

For photography lovers, dual rear camera setup is available on its back panel. The main camera of this setup is 50-megapixel, which is capable of clicking better pictures even in low light. A secondary sensor has also been included with it.
