This special train, started in the year 2007, is very popular among tourists from both India and abroad. This 7 night and 8 day journey starts from Safdarjung Railway Station in Delhi and takes you to many important Buddhist pilgrimage sites.

After a 20 percent discount offered by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation, this package is available in second class at a starting price of ₹76,905 per person on a twin-sharing basis. For the 2026-27 season, the full AC first-class tour package is priced at ₹1.15 lakh, and the AC two-tier package is priced at ₹95,000 per person.


When will the train leave?


The scheduled departure dates of the train for the 2026-27 season are December 19, 2026, January 2, 2027, February 20, 2027, and March 20, 2027.
