Rajasthan High Court 4th Grade Recruitment: Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur has canceled the District Court District Legal Services Authority Class IV Recruitment, 2019. The High Court has shared this information by issuing a notice. The recruitment advertisement was issued on November 6, 2019. According to the latest notice, the registration fee will be refunded to all the candidates who have registered for this recruitment.


Through this recruitment campaign, recruitment was to be done on the vacant posts of Class IV employees (office peon and equivalent posts) in District Courts and District Legal Services Authorities (including Taluka Legal Services Committees and Permanent Lok Adalats).


Many changes in the rules


In the notice issued by the Rajasthan High Court, it was said that this recruitment process could not be started due to unavoidable reasons. Since the release of the detailed advertisement, many changes have been made in many types of rules related to reservation in various categories like Divyang Jan, EWS, Outstanding Sportspersons, and Ex-Servicemen category to date. Due to these changes, it is not possible to complete the recruitment process as per the rules given in the notification in the absence of compliance with the rules.


The notice further said that in such circumstances, it has been decided to cancel the recruitment process. A separate notice will be issued to the applicants on the Rajasthan High Court website regarding the refund of their fees.
