Palamu: Nishi Pandey and his brother Nishant Singh, arrested in the Pandey gang gang war case of Jharkhand, have been sent to jail after completion of their remand. The SIT had interrogated both of them for five days. After this both have been sent to Palamu Central Jail.

Nishi Pandey, Jharkhand's first lady don: Amba Prasad had a figure of 36 and was arrested by SIT.
On January 5, Bharat Pandey and Deepak Sao, who were associated with the Pandey gang, were shot dead after entering their house in Garda village of Chainpur in Palamu. Police formed SIT and registered an FIR against 11 people. After this, SIT arrested Nishi Pandey and Nishant Singh from Ramgarh.

Palamu SP Rishma Ramesan said that both have been interrogated. During interrogation, both of them told that Pandey gang is run by Vikas Tiwari who is in jail. Police are conducting operations in many areas to arrest the shooters.
