Everyone knows this, but one question that has started arising in the mind of every government employee is how much their basic salary will increase after the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission. Nothing can be said clearly about this right now, but looking at all the media reports and the increase in basic salary after the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission, it can be said that after the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission, there will be a big increase in the basic salary of peons to IAS officers and secretaries, chief secretaries.



If we look at the salary matrix, after the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission, the basic salary of level-1 which includes peons, sweepers etc. became Rs 18,000. It is believed that after the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission, it will become Rs 21,300. Similarly, the basic salary of level-2 employees will increase from Rs 19,900 to Rs 23,880, while the basic salary of level-3 employees will increase from Rs 21,700 to Rs 26,040. The basic salary of level-4 employees will also increase from Rs 25,500 to Rs 30,600, while the basic salary of level-5 employees will increase from Rs 29,200 to Rs 35,040. How much increase from level 6 to 9



According to the salary matrix, the grade pay of employees from level 6 to 9 is Rs 4,200 to Rs 5,400. This includes employees like teachers of primary and secondary schools, Gram Vikas Adhikari. In this, the basic salary of level 6 employees is expected to increase from Rs 35,400 to Rs 42,480, while the basic salary of level-7 employees is expected to increase from Rs 44,900 to Rs 53,880. Similarly, the basic salary of level-8 employees will increase from Rs 47,600 to Rs 57,120, while level-9 employees will get the benefit of an increase from Rs 53,100 to Rs 63,720.



How much benefit from level-10 to 12



The grade pay of employees from levels 10 to 12 is Rs 5,400 to Rs 7,600. After the 8th Pay Commission, the basic salary of level 10 employees will increase from Rs 56,100 to Rs 67,320, while the basic salary of level 11 employees will increase from Rs 67,700 to Rs 81,240. Level 12 will also benefit and the current basic salary will increase from Rs 78,800 to Rs 94,560.



How much will levels 13 and 14 get



According to the pay matrix, employees in level 13 and 14 come in the grade pay of Rs 8,700 to Rs 10,000. After implementing the 8th Pay Commission, the basic salary of level 13 will increase from Rs 1,23,100 to Rs 1,47,720, while the basic salary of level 14 will increase from Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 1,73,040.



How much increase will there be for level 15 to 18



Now let's talk about bureaucrats, who come between level 15 to 18. This includes IAS officers, secretaries and chief secretaries. The basic salary of a level 15 employee will increase from Rs 1,82,200 to Rs 2,18,400, while the basic salary of a level 16 employee will increase from Rs 2,05,400 to Rs 2,46,480. The basic salary of a level 17 employee will increase from Rs 2,25,000 to Rs 2,70,000, while the basic salary of a level 18 employee will increase from Rs 2,50,000 to Rs 3,00,000 after the 8th Pay Commission.



Salary will increase even after the basic salary
