Chennai, January 24 Actor Ajith Kumar, who is currently competing in international racing tournaments, told director Magizh Thirumeni, who is directing the much-anticipated movie “vidaa Muyarchi,” that he wanted to finish all of his film commitments before he went to race because so many people, including his producers, who had invested money in his films, depended on him.
“A couple of weeks before he was to head to the race, we were beginning to wrap up the film,” Magizh Thirumeni said in a channel interview. At that time, Ajith had gone to practice sessions. He played tapes of his practice laps for us to see. During the practice laps, Ajith had two mishaps. Our hearts all skipped a beat as we saw the video. The first incident was a single, enormous crash. And then there was one more.
Director Magizh continued by saying that Ajith’s words will always stick in his memory.
In order to ensure that the audience knew what Ajith meant when he stated, “Magizh, when I go to participate in this race, anything can happen,” Magizh remembered.
He continued by saying, “I want to finish all of my film obligations since anything may happen when I go to compete in a race. There are so many individuals that rely on me. Two producers have made significant financial investments in my films. I am responsible for the labor of so many individuals who have worked on my films.
Magizh continued by stating that Ajith had said, “I have to give it my all when I return to the racing circuit and have to step on the accelerator.” I haven’t done that race right if I just push 90 percent. I have two more films to complete, so I don’t want to be safe.
The filmmaker said that when he looks back on what Ajith said at the time, it still gives him chills.
‘Vidaa Muyarchi,’ directed by Magizh Thirumeni, is scheduled to be released on February 6. In addition to Ajith, a number of other actors appear in the movie, including Trisha, Aarav, Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, Nikhil Nair, Dasarathi, and Ganesh.
