New Delhi:- Many coaching centers run by FITJEE in Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh have suddenly been closed, due to which hundreds of students are stuck in the midst of their educational preparations. The affected places include branches in Laxmi Nagar of Delhi, Noida Sector 62 and Meerut, Ghaziabad, Lucknow and Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. Centers have also been affected in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and Patna, Bihar.

Fiitjee, a well-known institution specializing in coaching students for competitive examinations like IIT-JEE, has been a favorite among engineers for a long time. However, the sudden closure of these centers has created a lot of concerns. Fitji is a coaching institute chain that prepares students for competitive examinations like the Joint Entrance Examination.

In such a situation, the Noida Police has registered an FIR alleging cheating against nine people, including the director of the institute. The FIR also has the name of the in-charge of Noida Sector-62 Center.
