Wenger lauds Nwaneri

was so impressed by Ethan Nwaneri at the weekend that he compared the Hale End graduate to former Gunners captain, .


Like Nwaneri - who is just 17 - Fabregas broke into the first-team as a teenager. Under Wenger's tutelage, he went on to become club captain and one of the finest midfielders in Europe.


And Wenger said that Nwaneri was a "special talent" who is ready to star under Mikel Arteta now despite his tender years after his showing against Leicester at the weekend - which is good news for Arsenal, who are massively light on options in attack.

Like Gary Neville, is anticipating a dramatic conclusion to the Premier League title race, telling Liverpool fans to "buckle up".


The Reds knew that any sort of slip up against Wolves on Sunday would see their lead over Arsenal at the top of the league cut to five points. But Arne Slot's men stood firm to see out a 2-1 win at Anfield.


There are lots more big games on the horizon, though, and Van Dijk is adamant that nothing has been decided yet when it comes to the title.
