Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor ’s much-anticipated film, 'Nadaaniyan', has finally premiered on OTT, marking Ibrahim’s debut in Bollywood. Popular influencers Agasthya Shah and Apoorva Mukhija (Rebel Kid) were also seen in the movie. However, following the controversy regarding her appearance on India’s Got Latent with Ranveer Allahbadia, Apoorva did not share any behind-the-scenes moments from the film and was not seen at the premiere.
Now, Agasthya has posted a series of pictures from the shooting set without mentioning Apoorva. Many were curious why the film’s cast had refrained from tagging her in their social media posts. It was initially unclear whether this was a deliberate decision by the cast or if Apoorva’s team had requested the omission. Agasthya’s new post, excluding Apoorva’s tag, has sparked online speculation about her legal issues.

On March 7, Agasthya shared behind-the-scenes pictures from the Nadaaniyan set, tagging Ibrahim Ali Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Neel Raj Dewan, Aaliyah Qureishi, Dev Agasteya, and director Shauna Gautam. While Apoorva was visible in the pictures, she was notably not tagged. The same images were later posted by Neel, Aaliyah, and Dev, but Apoorva’s name remained unmentioned. Additionally, there were no pictures of her from the film’s premiere, leading fans to believe she had deliberately distanced herself from the event.

One netizen commented, “Finally saw Apoorva after a long time😭🎀.” Another wrote, “Oh, she didn’t tag the Rebel Kid 😮.” Others questioned her missing tags with comments such as, “Why isn’t Apoorva tagged?” and “Rebel’s absence is just not right.” Another fan reacted, “Why is no one tagging Rebel Kid?”

The mystery was soon unravelled when a fan clarified, “No one can tag her, she turned it off.” Apoorva had reportedly disabled the Instagram setting that allows others to tag her, likely as a protective measure amid the backlash she has been facing on social media.
Apoorva has been embroiled in a legal issue stemming from Ranveer Allahbadia’s remarks on Samay Raina’s show, India’s Got Latent. The National Commission for Women (NCW) has summoned Ranveer, Apoorva, Samay Raina, Ashish Chanchlani , and others following widespread outrage over Ranveer’s comments on parental sex, which went viral and led to multiple complaints against him.
