CG Power and Industrial Solutions have announced to give interim dividend to their investors. The company on Tuesday approved an interim dividend of 65 percent at a face value of 1.30 per equity shares for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25).
The company has set a record date for interim dividend 22 March. Dividend will be paid on or after 16 April. That is, investors who will have shares of the company till this date will get the benefit of this dividend. But this payment will be completed within 30 days of the announcement, which will be according to the provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
CG Power and Industrial Solutions last announced an interim dividend of Rs 1.30 per share on 5 February 2024. According to the number available on BSE, earlier the company issued an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share to its shareholders on 15 March 2023.
The price of CG Power shares has given multibagger returns. In the last five years, the company's stock has given a return of 10,636 percent, while in the last three years it has increased by 265 percent. In the last one year, CG Power shares have increased by 30 percent. On March 18 last year, after reaching the 52-week level 462.45 rupees, the stock touched the 52-week high of Rs 874.50 on October 11.
At the same time, in the last one year, the company's stock has increased by 3.51 percent and if we talk about two years, the stock has given a return of 119.57 percent. In three years, the company's stock has increased by 279.38 percent and has given a return of 1205.04 percent in 10 years.
