Antiques Road Trip's Christina Trevanion and Mark Stacey were left completely flabbergasted when a humble vegetable barrow they picked up for a mere £10 rocketed to an eye-watering sum at auction.
The antique-hunting duo was stunned as the once-overlooked item, nearly consigned to the flames as kindling, sparked a heated bidding frenzy among eager collectors.
Amidst the escalating bids, a bewildered Mark exclaimed: "Good Lord. Why?" while a perplexed Christina admitted, "I have no idea."

As the figures soared higher, Mark humorously suggested: "Can I go home now?". Keen for her colleague to share in the moment of triumph, Christina insisted he stay put, urging: "No! Stay here and hold my hand!" as they witnessed the price surge.
The vegetable barrow eventually went under the hammer for an impressive £130, leaving even narrator Tim Wonnacott taken aback.
In his commentary, Tim couldn't contain his excitement, exclaiming: "My goodness Christina! What a whopper of a profit. Well done!"
For her part, Christina was rendered almost speechless by the outcome, confessing: "Well, I'm flabbergasted. I'm just flabbergasted," as she processed the remarkable return on their investment, reports .
Despite Christina's lucrative deal, Mark wasn't left behind, managing to claw back some cash and break even following a loss on another item, keeping the competition between them as fierce as ever. By the end of the episode, Christina had accumulated £377.10, trailing just behind Mark who bagged £398.36.
Since her first appearance on Antiques Road Trip back in 2014, Christina has become an integral part of the show's team.
She's also a familiar face on Bargain Hunt and recently divulged some behind-the-scenes insights as the programme marked its 25th anniversary. Chatting on BBC's Morning Live last week from Devon, the renowned presenter shared a frequent oversight that leads contestants to miss out on the sought-after Golden Gavel.
Joined by the show's director, Ben, Christina pointed out: "There is one thing most, well I will say all contestants want from the show and that is of course the Golden Gavel."
Curious about how to secure the win, Christina queried: "Now how does one win a Golden Gavel?" to which Ben replied: "It's straight forward. Three items and three profits, it's as simple as that."
However, Christina remarked that it wasn't quite so easy, underlining the scarcity of Golden Gavels. She went on to say: "Of course some of our contestants come on the show and think 'we get to spend the day at an antiques fair, we get to run around and we have the whole day' but that's not the case is it?".
Ben clarified that participants are only given an hour to hunt for antiques, which often results in their undoing when they wind up purchasing merely two items. Christina chimed in with: "So they go to auction with just two items so that's the golden gavel straight out."
