To strengthen the state’s administrative capabilities, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday opened the RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration in Bhopal with the “Joint Foundation Training Program for State Service Officers.”
Additionally, CM Yadav emphasized that the initiative will be crucial to improving public services and fortifying the state’s administrative framework.
“I started a Joint Foundation Training for State Service Officers program today at the Administration Academy in Bhopal for officers chosen by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission with the goal of enhancing administrative strength.
The public will benefit greatly from this program’s improved services and improvement of the state’s administrative framework. CM Yadav said in a post on X that the training’s goal is to “create an administrative ecosystem where innovation and public welfare coexist in addition to imparting knowledge.”
He also exhorted them to work hard for the wellbeing of the populace and the advancement of the state. The CM also anticipated that the state will achieve unprecedented levels of wealth and advancement via their combined efforts.
CM Yadav also recalled his US tour, when he had said that Indian society was self-based, whereas foreign society was police-based, while speaking at the event. Here, the cops serve the thugs, not the general populace.
“When I visited America, I remarked that our culture is self-based, but theirs is police-based. We are individuals with self-control. Here, the cops serve the thugs, not the general populace.
People in our culture feel embarrassed by the way the police invaded the hamlet when a police vehicle pulls up to their home. The cops have a certain job to do. “I wish you all the best of luck during the training,” CM Yadav remarked.
