You should first start by preheating your oven to gas mark six and lining an ovenproof dish with butter.


Next, soak the sheets in recently boiled warm water to soften while you get your sauces ready.

You should then spoon one third of the spinach sauce onto the base of the dish and then spoon a third of the tomato sauce on top. Place half of the lasagne sheets over the tomato sauce and repeat.


Finally, sprinkle over your grated cheese and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. You'll be left with a to serve for your week night meal or to your friends and family.
