The two -month outstanding electricity bill of his residence is Rs 90,384 and it is wrong to say that this bill is one month.

MD Sandeep Kumar said that the electricity bill was released to Kangana Ranaut on 22 March. However, pending 32,287 rupees are also included in this. In such a situation, a total bill of Rs 90,384 has been released with his pending dues in March. Sandeep Kumar, MD of Electricity Board, said that the connected load of his residence is 94.82 kW, which is 1500 percent more than the power load of a normal house. It is worth noting that in Himachal Pradesh, people usually have connections ranging from 2 to five watts in their homes.

The electricity department said that Kangana did not pay the electricity bills from October to December on time. Later, the electricity bills of January and February have also not been filled by Kangana on time. According to the bill, Kangana's house had a December power consumption of 6,000 units and the outstanding was Rs 31,367, while February power consumption was 9,000 units and the bill was Rs 58,096. The MD said that the electricity bill of October, November and December 2024 months of Kangana Ranaut's residence was Rs 82,061, which was paid on 16 January 2025. The important thing is that Kangana Ranaut pays her electricity bills late every time. Electricity bills of January and February were paid on 28 March 2025, with a total consumption of 14,000 units.

Excess consumption than common connection
MD Sandeep Kumar said that the monthly power consumption of Kangana Ranaut's house ranges from 5,000 to 9,000 units on an average. Also, Kangana is taking a subsidy on electricity bills and Kangana got a subsidy of Rs 700 in the February bill. Significantly, the MD also presented a copy of the electricity bill in front of the media.
